Some actions are done using GET request

Consider a following situation: an ordinary user places an image in his/her post, with src containing moderation url, like this:

[img]http://example.net/forum/topic/1/open_close/c/[/img]

If a moderator visits that post, the post status will change without notion.

These actions are: open/close, stick/unstick, add/delete subscription. Good thing is you can't delete posts this way.
