Reports queue page for admins / moderators

Description

Please consider adding a reports queue page, similar to flux / punbb, so admins and moderators can quickly process issues / requests from users. See attached screenshot for an example admin_reports page.

maybe for task like this we must rewrite templates to django 1.4 + something like bootstrap, i don't like current html layout quality :|

We're planning on forking the repo and developing this page on the current version. Will submit pull request when ready.
